Snowsuit side effect

Something that simply does not get enough attention in cold climates is how dang hard it is to hold a toddler when both s/he and you are wearing slippery winter coats.

Kid in a snowsuit + me in a non-wool winter coat + my hands encased in soft, non-grip mittens = I cannot hold my kid for more than five seconds without him slipping down and landing at my feet.
